Training Options
Small Group Training
Energetic, sweaty, and purposeful sessions designed to help you work hard while still progressing toward your individual goals. Each 60-minute session is fully coached from warm-up to final effort, with guidance, feedback, and adjustments throughout.
Groups are intentionally small (3-5 people) to ensure high-quality coaching and individual attention. Sessions are offered at select times each week. Want to train with a few friends? We can create a dedicated time for your group.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching focused on strength and endurance development, movement quality, and programming tailored to you.
Online Coaching
Custom programs, ongoing support, and coaching feedback designed around your schedule, goals, space, and equipment.
Strength & Conditioning for Active People
Training built to support CrossFit, hiking, climbing, paddling, and other outdoor activities so you can stay capable, resilient, and strong for the things you love to do.
Training times are scheduled by appointment.

Moments of Pride
There are countless moments that fill me with pride, but a few stand out. I’ll never forget the client who, after months of consistent work, completed their first push-up — something they once thought was completely out of reach. Another athlete spent months building strength and technique before finally getting their first muscle-up, a moment that was equal parts excitement and disbelief.
I’ve also seen clients achieve milestones outside of the gym. One person, after months of dedicated training, was able to run a 5k without stopping — something they never imagined possible. Another client who had been struggling with back pain found significant relief and improved mobility through targeted strength work, allowing them to enjoy everyday activities again.
Each of these moments, and every personal best along the way, is a testament to the hard work, patience, and resilience my clients bring to the process. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of those journeys. 💪
