The difference between effort and progress is structure. Without it, results are uncertain; with it, progress becomes reliable.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Strength Builds Confidence
Strength and conditioning training are tools we use to build confidence, resilience, and long-term capability.

Consistency Beats Perfection
Progress doesn’t come from a single great workout. It comes from showing up consistently and staying patient with the process.

My role as a coach isn’t just to give you a program-it’s to help you build confidence, resilience, and the ability to keep moving forward when things get difficult.

Coaching Is A Partnership
When you commit to the process and I bring my experience and support, that’s where real progress happens.

ABOUT ME

I started coaching because I believe strength training can transform the way people experience their bodies and their lives.

With over 12 years of experience, I’ve helped people of all backgrounds build strength, improve movement, and regain confidence after injury, burnout, or setbacks. My approach combines thoughtful programming with exercises that improve resilience in ways that carry over to your everyday life.

Many of the people I work with are active individuals who want to stay capable, and strong for the long term-whether hiking, paddling, climbing, or simply feeling energetic and capable in daily life.

Whether we work together in person or online, my goal is the same: to help you feel stronger and more confident in your body - no matter your starting point.

"Her positive “you can do this” attitude, consistent encouragement, and genuine care for people were key aspects of her coaching style that kept me coming to class regularly. Honestly, she was a big reason I stuck with it while embracing the suck of learning something entirely new and demanding."
