I offer training programs designed around your goals, training history, and current capacity. My approach focuses on helping you build strength, move better, and make progress in a way that is both effective and sustainable. I also offer thoughtful, energetic small group classes (4–6 people) that provide personalized coaching in a supportive environment.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Strength builds confidence
Training should help you feel more capable in your body, both inside and outside the gym.

Consistency beats perfection
Progress doesn’t come from a single great workout. It comes from showing up consistently and staying patient with the process.

Coaching is a partnership
Real progress happens when you commit to the work and I provide the guidance, support, and experience to help you move forward.

Coaching is a partnership. Strength training, conditioning, and endurance work are tools we use to build confidence, resilience, and long-term capability.

I can give three athletes the exact same program, but their results can look completely different. Progress depends on the effort they put in and the decisions they make outside of training.

The workouts matter, but consistency, patience, and the willingness to keep showing up matter even more.

Training is rarely a straight line. Injuries, setbacks, busy schedules, and self-doubt are part of the process for almost everyone.

My role as a coach is not just to give you a program, but to help you build confidence, resilience, and the ability to keep moving forward when things get difficult.

When you commit to the process and I bring my experience and support, that’s where real progress happens.

ABOUT ME

I started coaching because I believe strength training can change the way people experience their life.

With over 12 years of coaching experience, I’ve helped people of all backgrounds build strength, improve movement, and regain confidence after injury, burnout, or setbacks.

My approach focuses on thoughtful programming and building strength, movement quality and that supports your life outside the gym.

Many of the people I coach are active individuals who want to stay capable and resilient for the long term.

Whether we work together in person or online, the goal is the same: help you feel stronger, more confident, and more capable in your body.

"Her positive “you can do this” attitude, consistent encouragement, and genuine care for people were key aspects of her coaching style that kept me coming to class regularly. Honestly, she was a big reason I stuck with it while embracing the suck of learning something entirely new and demanding."
